Shipping Policies:

The Leather Image uses the United States Postal service for all of our shipments. Orders are accepted in all 50 United States, world-wide, and APO addresses as well. Our warehouse staff is trained to get your order out as quick as possible. Your order will usually ship out on the the same day that payment is received for our couriers makes several trips to the post office a day. For even faster delivery, use Express Shipping for next day service. The seller cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail, so it is strongly encouraged to use the insurance option during checkout. A tracking number will be provided for Priority and Express shipments domestic, and a shipping number for Parcel Post shipments. A customs/shipping number will be provided for 1st Class international and Priority International shipments with a Tracking number being provided for Express International shipments. We are required to accurately fill out all customs forms, please do not request us to alter value for international shipments.

Return Policy:

We will refund your purchase price 100% for any item that is misrepresented. We strive to offer complete descriptions on all our products, 2nd quality items especially. There are times that an irregularity is not as obvious and goes unnoticed during photographing. In this rare occurrence, we require the item to be returned in the original plastic wrap with bar code within 7 days of receipt. Contact our customer service and we will provide return authorization number and return shipping information.
